Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, webinar pages, forms, applications, calls, downloads, emails, and other online content or services operated by or on behalf of Brett Lowrey Coaching (“Brett Lowrey Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using the website or services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the website, registering for a webinar, submitting a form or application, downloading materials, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Additional terms may apply to a paid coaching program, purchase, event, or other service. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning that specific paid service, the separate agreement controls.

2. Eligibility

The website, webinar, applications, and services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

By using the website or submitting information, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of the Website and Services

Brett Lowrey Coaching provides coaching, education, accountability, and behavior-change support. Website and webinar content may address alcohol use, recovery, moderation, abstinence, habits, decision-making, personal responsibility, and related personal-development topics.

The website, webinar, application process, discovery calls, downloads, emails, and coaching services are not:

  • Medical care.

  • Psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.

  • Addiction treatment or a licensed treatment program.

  • Medical or psychological diagnosis.

  • Detoxification or withdrawal management.

  • Emergency, crisis, or inpatient services.

  • A substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified physician, therapist, licensed treatment provider, or other appropriate professional.

Nothing on the website should be used to diagnose a condition, determine whether medical treatment is needed, change medication, or replace professional care.

4. Alcohol Withdrawal and Emergencies

Suddenly stopping alcohol after prolonged heavy drinking can cause dangerous or potentially life-threatening withdrawal.

Do not rely on this website, a webinar, an application, a discovery call, or coaching to determine whether it is medically safe to reduce or stop drinking. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional when withdrawal may be a concern.

If you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, severe withdrawal, danger of self-harm, danger to another person, or another immediate crisis, call 911 or contact an appropriate local emergency service. Do not wait for a response from Brett Lowrey Coaching.

5. No Coach-Client Relationship From Website Use

Visiting the website, registering for or viewing a webinar, submitting an application, exchanging emails, or participating in a discovery call does not by itself create a coach-client relationship.

A coach-client relationship begins only if Brett Lowrey Coaching accepts you as a client and both parties enter into the applicable coaching agreement or other written arrangement.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a call, acceptance, enrollment, or any particular service.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Educational and coaching outcomes differ from person to person. We do not guarantee that use of the website, webinar, materials, discovery calls, or coaching services will produce sobriety, moderation, abstinence, recovery, improved health, improved relationships, financial improvement, or any other specific result.

Your decisions, participation, circumstances, and actions affect your results. Testimonials, examples, and case descriptions are illustrations only and are not promises that another person will obtain the same outcome.

7. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, applying, scheduling, communicating, or purchasing a service.

You are responsible for correcting information that becomes inaccurate. We may reject, suspend, or end access to a call, application process, program, or service when information is materially inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or withheld in a way that affects safety or suitability.

8. Applications and Suitability

We may use application information to determine whether coaching appears appropriate and whether we have capacity to offer a discovery call or paid service.

We may decline an application, recommend another type of support, or end an application process at our discretion. This decision is not a medical diagnosis or clinical assessment.

9. Paid Services and Separate Agreements

Prices, payment schedules, program length, session terms, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, included materials, and other terms for paid services will be stated on the applicable checkout page, order form, offer, or coaching agreement.

You agree to review those terms before purchasing. Unless stated otherwise in writing, website registration and webinar access do not reserve a coaching place.

If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for payments according to the written terms accepted at purchase unless those terms provide otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including webinars, recordings, videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, exercises, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Brett Lowrey Coaching and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access materials for your own lawful, noncommercial use.

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content.

  • Record a live or prerecorded webinar, call, or coaching session.

  • Share login credentials, private links, downloads, or paid materials with another person.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other ownership notices.

  • Present our materials as your own.

  • Use our content to train others, create a competing program, or develop derivative commercial materials.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful purpose.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or restricted content.

  • Interfere with website operation, security, or another person’s use.

  • Introduce malware, malicious code, scraping tools, automated collection tools, or disruptive technology.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

  • Submit content that infringes another person’s rights.

  • Harass Brett Lowrey Coaching, its personnel, contractors, clients, applicants, or other users.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

12. User Communications and Submissions

When you send an application, question, feedback, testimonial, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful or infringing.

Submitting information does not make it public. We will handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not publish your name, testimonial, likeness, recording, or identifiable coaching story for promotional use without separate permission when permission is legally required. Any testimonial or media release may be governed by a separate written authorization.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Links

We may use or link to third-party services for hosting, forms, webinars, scheduling, email, payment processing, video, analytics, advertising, and other functions.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, webinar, downloads, and other public-facing content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that content will be complete, current, or suitable for every person or circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brett Lowrey Coaching and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the website, webinar, public-facing materials, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the website, webinar, or public-facing materials will not exceed the amount you paid specifically for the item or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or another category that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Liability relating to a paid coaching service may also be governed by the applicable coaching agreement.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, webinar, materials, application process, or services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the website, created a security or safety concern, or acted unlawfully.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions—will survive.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms or the website must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in or serving Hall County, Georgia. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown. When required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
